The newspaper Hürriyet reported, citing a source, that two of the four terrorists who attacked the Krokus center had visited Turkey, but at that time, there were no warnings from Moscow regarding them. It is noted that two of the detained terrorists had previously traveled from Moscow to Turkey and then returned to the Russian capital. In Turkey, they had no registration or residence permits or any other official Turkish documentation. The source added that there were no prior warnings from Moscow about these individuals, and currently, every detail regarding their presence in Turkey is being carefully examined, and the Russian side will definitely be informed about it.

The newspaper indicates that "Ankara carefully studied all matters related to these individuals and informed Moscow of everything it knew." According to the newspaper, the Turkish side expects Russia to increase information sharing regarding the activities of ISIS and its branch, Khorasan, as they pose an equal threat to Turkey. It is noted that a group of armed individuals carried out a terrorist attack on the "Krokus City" complex near Moscow last Friday evening, with several men in camouflage storming the building and opening fire on those inside. Several explosions were then heard, and a fire broke out. According to the latest reports, at least 139 people were victims of the terrorist attack.
