Employees of "Touch" carried out a protest this Wednesday morning in front of the company's building in Bashoura, following a call from the Mobile Employees Union, in objection to the actions of the Chairman of the Board of "Touch" and his arbitrary decisions against employees. The protest was attended by Union President Nabil Youssef, a delegation from the union, and employees of "Alpha." In his speech to the protesting employees, President Youssef emphasized the refusal of the threats faced by employees at "Touch" and the arbitrary decisions that threaten their livelihoods. He affirmed, "We are in favor of enforcing the law, but we reject selectivity and threatening employees' livelihoods." He added, "What happened to an employee at 'Touch' could happen to others. This issue has now become a matter of existence and continuity for employees. Yes to enforcing the law, but not in this manner." The union confirmed that "employees' rights are a red line, and it will hold a press conference soon to reveal all the details and expose all matters."
