UAE President Performs Funeral Prayer for Tahnoun bin Mohammed

The UAE President, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, performed the funeral prayer for the late Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan at the Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al First Mosque in Abu Dhabi. Everyone prayed to "the Almighty God to envelop the great deceased in His vast mercy and grant him a place in His spacious paradise, honoring his abode as a reward for his life dedicated to giving and working faithfully for his country." They prayed that God helps his family and relatives, as well as the honorable Al Nahyan family, with beautiful patience and consolation. Bin Zayed and the sheikhs accompanied the body of the deceased to his final resting place in Al Bateen Cemetery in Abu Dhabi. The UAE President had previously directed for a prayer for the deceased to be held in all mosques across the country after the Asr prayer on Thursday, May 2.
