Nabatiya Mends Its Wounds: Rubble Removal Workshop Ongoing

The rubble removal workshops continue their work at the building that was targeted by an enemy drone strike last night, where almost all victims have been retrieved from the debris. Teams from relief and rescue organizations are working to prevent further cracks in the building that could lead to its additional collapse. Nabatiya Governor Dr. Houda Turk visited the site of the airstrike and monitored the relief efforts. Following her tour, Turk expressed her condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the injured, stating: “The massacres and terrorism of the Israeli enemy against civilians, children, and the defenseless will only increase the people's resilience and patience, no matter how severe the enemy's crimes are.” She noted that "official departments in Nabatiya were exceptionally closed today to ensure the safety of employees and citizens," and praised "the efforts of the civil defense and relief teams from all organizations in addressing the aftermath of the aggression."
