Iraqi Interior Ministry: Arrest of One of the Most Dangerous Drug Dealers

The Iraqi Interior Ministry announced today, Wednesday, the arrest of one of the dangerous drug dealers in Diwaniya province. The spokesperson for the ministry and the security media cell, Brigadier Muqdad Miri, stated in a message: "The Drug Directorate of Diwaniya carried out an operation to apprehend one of the dangerous drug dealers. Upon reaching the suspect, he fired at the executing force." He continued, "The force returned fire, which resulted in the suspect being injured and subsequently arrested and taken to the hospital."
