Israeli army spokesman Avichay Adraee announced that "the Israel Defense Forces and the General Security Service eliminated the internal security chief of Hamas in the Jabalia area, as well as a military leader from Hamas who simultaneously served as the operations officer for Hamas's internal security in Jabalia." He clarified in a statement on the platform "X" that "an Air Force aircraft eliminated the individual named Ridwan Mohammed Abdullah Ridwan, the Hamas internal security chief in the Jabalia area, who was also considered one of its military wing members. Ridwan had been issuing orders to members of the terrorist organization and directing various armed confiscation operations against trucks loaded with humanitarian aid in the northern Gaza region, where his elimination strikes at Hamas's capabilities to disrupt and seize humanitarian aid in Jabalia."
Adraee added: "Additionally, the individual named Hamid Mohammed Ali Ahmed, a leader in the Hamas military wing who had also served as the operations officer for the organization’s internal security in Jabalia, was eliminated yesterday (Thursday), along with another Hamas member who belonged to the Jabalia Brigade."
