Mikati After Meeting Bogdanov: Lebanon Highly Appreciates Russia's Ongoing Support

Lebanon's caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati stated, during his meeting with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Envoy to the Middle East and Africa Mikhail Bogdanov this evening at his residence in Manama, that "Lebanon highly appreciates Russia's ongoing support in all fields," expressing hope for greater Russian efforts to halt Israeli aggression in southern Lebanon. The meeting was also attended by Foreign Minister Abdullah Bou Habib, Minister of Education and Higher Education Abbas Halabi, Minister of Information Ziad Makari, and Minister of Agriculture Abbas al-Haj Hasan.
