The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces (ISF) has issued a statement revealing the details of a shocking incident involving the abduction of a one-year-old child from his family home in the Antelias area.
According to the statement, specialized units immediately initiated investigations to track down the child's whereabouts. The child was ultimately located in the Ouzai area accompanied by an individual.
Upon interrogation, the person revealed that the abductor had deceived him into believing that the child was his son as part of an attempt to form a romantic attachment with him.
Through meticulous follow-up operations, security forces identified the abductor's whereabouts and arrested her through a special unit of the Information Division.
The arrested woman confessed to the crime, after which she was referred to the competent judiciary for further action.
