Complaint Against Nancy Ajram Filed with the Public Prosecution Due to Israeli Blogger Encounter

On Thursday, lawyer Charbel Arab filed a complaint with the military public prosecution against artist Nancy Ajram for violating the law of boycotting Israel following her meeting again with an Israeli blogger. The complaint, numbered 4115/2024, stated: "It is evident from social media that artist Nancy Ajram has met with an Israeli blogger for the second time, and this occurred during a period when the enemy is bombing our sacred lands and killing our martyrs and kin in the south and all of Lebanon, committing massacres against children. This constitutes a blatant violation of the Law of Boycotting Israel, which prohibits any dealings with the Israeli enemy. The Law of Boycotting Israel forbids any individual or legal entity from entering into agreements, either directly or indirectly, with entities or individuals residing in Israel or belonging to it by nationality or working for its benefit, whenever the subject of the agreement concerns commercial deals, financial operations, or any other dealings, regardless of their nature."
