The Arab Parliament condemned in a statement "in the strongest terms the storming of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque by extremist settlers, led by the extremist Glick, and allowing them to engage in provocative practices that violate the sanctity of the mosque and Islamic cemeteries, under the protection of occupying forces." It also denounced "the invasion of the Ibrahimi Mosque by occupying forces and the prevention of worshippers from entering it, which violates the freedom of worshippers to access mosques and places of worship safely and securely."
The assembly condemned "the brutal aggression launched by Israeli occupying forces on the Nour Shams refugee camp east of Tulkarem, which resulted in the martyrdom of two young men, the destruction of the camp’s infrastructure, and an escalation of violent assaults against citizens in the Gaza Strip."
It considered "these crimes to be war crimes and crimes against humanity that add to the extra-judicial killings committed by the occupying power against the unarmed Palestinian people," affirming that "the incursions and assaults by the occupation are a call to ignite the cycle of violence and to explode the conflict arena."
The Arab Parliament held "the occupying power fully and directly responsible for these crimes, which will lead to an explosion of the situation, increased tension, and instability," calling on "the international community, the United Nations, the Security Council, and international human rights and humanitarian organizations, to pressure Israel to put an end to its crimes and repeated violations, provide international protection to the Palestinian people, and take necessary practical steps to compel Israel to end its occupation of Palestinian territories, cease all practices and violations against the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and respect its sanctity."
It emphasized the necessity of respecting the authority of the Jerusalem Awqaf and the affairs of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, which are under the Jordanian Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Sacred Affairs, in managing the affairs of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, asserting that "the Al-Aqsa Mosque, in its entirety, with an area of 144 dunams, is a pure place of worship for Muslims."
