Emirati champions achieved remarkable results at the Qatar Jet Ski Championship, held on the Katara Beach, with the participation of professionals in four main categories of jet skis from around the world. The Emirati athletes succeeded in winning 7 medals and stepping onto the podium 7 times.
Emiratian competitors dominated the top three positions in the Professional Standing category "GP", with Sultan Al Hamadi finishing first, Salman Al Awadi second, and Omar Abdullah Rashid in third. In the Sitting "Stock" category, Emirati dominance continued with Abdullah Al Hamadi in first place, Amer Huwaire in second, and Salman Al Awadi again in third. The control continued in the Freestyle category with Rashid Al Mulla taking first place and delivering the best performance.
Jamal Al Janahi, a member of the UAE Marine Sports Federation Board, congratulated the winners at the Qatar Championship, affirming that the Emirati success in the competition is a natural extension of the significant achievements they attain in various jet ski championships. Al Janahi emphasized that "the participation of Emirati racers will not stop at the Qatar Championship, as the federation aims to push the riders in numerous international championships to gain the necessary experience and expand the circle of champions to ensure the continuity of generations and maintain the Emirati leadership in all international competitions."
