The British armed forces are developing a new advanced weapon that uses wireless waves to instantly explode drones, according to the German news agency (dpa). The British news agency (PA Media) reported that the directed energy weapon for wireless frequencies emits wireless waves to disrupt or damage the electronic components of vehicles and drones used by enemy fighters, which could cause them to stop in their tracks or fall from the sky. It can be utilized on land, at sea, and in the air, with a range of up to one kilometer, which may be extended in the future. This information about the new weapon comes after British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak pledged to increase British defense spending to 2.5% of the GDP by 2030.
