Hamad International Airport in the Qatari capital, Doha, has been ranked as the best airport in the world for 2024, surpassing Singapore's Changi Airport, which has won the title 12 times in previous years. The Executive Director of Qatar Airways Group, Badr Al-Meer, stated, "Hamad International Airport is celebrating ten years of operations this year, and we are truly honored to be chosen by travelers as the best airport in the world for the third time." According to the airport ranking company Skytrax, Seoul Incheon Airport in South Korea secured the third position and was also selected as the most family-friendly airport for 2024. Haneda and Narita Airports in Tokyo took the fourth and fifth places respectively, while Hong Kong Airport made a significant leap, advancing 22 places to rank 11th. Meanwhile, Dubai Airport climbed 10 spots to claim the seventh position. Once again, no American airports were included in the top 20 list, with Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, the highest-ranked in the United States, dropping six places to rank 24th. Paris Charles de Gaulle (6th), Munich (8th), Zurich (9th), and Istanbul (10th) all maintained their places in the top ten.
