Israeli broadcasting authority reported that Tel Aviv has made two proposals to move forward with negotiations for a prisoner exchange deal. It cited an informed source saying that "the head of Mossad presented a summary of his meeting with the mediators to the war council ministers." Later, the authority confirmed that "the negotiation team will deliver a proposal approved by the war council to the mediators tomorrow." Hebrew Channel 12 stated that there is an agreement among the war council ministers and security agencies to halt the Rafah operation and prioritize the exchange deal.
