The General Directorate of Civil Defense announced today, Sunday, in a statement that "elements from the Marine Rescue Unit of the Civil Defense were able to rescue a citizen who was at risk of drowning off the coast of Damour." It added: "The elements provided him with the necessary first aid and ensured that he was in good health."
