In a statement regarding the match scheduled at Hampden Park on May 31, it said: "The stadium operations team has been alerted to the possibility of planned disturbances during the match, and as a result, we have no choice but to play without fans." The association added that the return match scheduled in Hungary on June 4 will also be held without fans.
