Palestinian journalist Hael Al-Najjar was killed along with several family members in an Israeli airstrike on his home on Old Gaza Street in Jabalia, northern Gaza Strip. Palestinian and international media outlets have repeatedly warned against the targeting of media crews by the Israeli army, calling for their protection, amidst Israeli disregard for these calls. Medical sources reported on Wednesday that 60 Palestinians were killed and 80 others were injured as a result of five massacres committed by the Israeli army against families in the Gaza Strip within the past 24 hours, according to the "Wafa" agency. The agency confirmed that this death toll reflects what has reached hospitals in the region, noting that several victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, preventing rescue and civil defense teams from reaching them. It stated that the total number of casualties from the Israeli bombardment on Gaza has risen to 35,233 dead and 79,141 injured since October 7.
