The head of the political council of the al-Nujaba Movement, Sheikh Ali al-Asadi, confirmed that the Iraqi resistance will continue targeting American positions until the end of the Zionist aggression in Gaza. Al-Asadi stated, "Operations against U.S. bases will not stop even with a ceasefire in Gaza." He added that "there is no segment opposing assistance to Gaza and the Palestinian people." He pointed out that "targeting U.S. bases has effectively benefited Gaza and has targeted direct American support for the entity." The Iraqi Islamic resistance has claimed responsibility for targeting American bases in Ain al-Asad, Harir in Kurdish Iraq, and the al-Tanf and al-Malikiyah bases in Syria, while threatening U.S. forces with more operations, emphasizing that it will not stand idly by in the face of the ongoing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.
