Chairman of the Information Technology Committee, MP Tony Frangieh, noted on his account on the "X" platform that: "During participation in a seminar on cybersecurity at the City University, which reflects the cultural and economic face of Tripoli, alongside MP Faisal Karami, university professors, and students, the following was confirmed: - Activating the 'National Cybersecurity Agency' is a fundamental step toward transforming Lebanon into a digitally secure country. - The importance of Lebanese unity which strengthens their position, and which should have been evident during the parliamentary session yesterday, had it not been for some breaking it. - Political stability is a necessary entry point to discuss various pressing issues, and stability cannot be achieved before electing a President of the Republic."
