An Israeli drone targeted a Rapid vehicle this morning in the town of Bafliyeh, in the district of Tyre. Reports indicate that three individuals were killed in the Israeli airstrike on the vehicle, while the Civil Defense stated that "four martyrs and the burning of a vehicle occurred as a result of the Israeli strike on the Bafliyeh road." The hostile drone fired multiple missiles at the Rapid vehicle before successfully hitting it. Ambulance teams rushed to the scene to transport more than two individuals who were inside the vehicle.
The Civil Defense noted that its members "worked at 09:25 on 2024/05/09 to extinguish a fire that broke out inside a Rapid vehicle targeted by an Israeli airstrike on the main road of Bafliyeh - Tyre, resulting in four martyrs. The members retrieved their bodies, and other parties took care of their transportation to the hospital." According to information, the drone launched several missiles at the Rapid before hitting it. It was also mentioned that three members of the Al-Ridwan forces affiliated with Hezbollah were inside the vehicle targeted by the Israeli drone on the road to Bafliyeh in Tyre. Emergency teams immediately headed to the targeted location.
