Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed that all attempts by Kyiv's sabotage groups, mercenaries, and other treacherous scum to breach Russia's borders have failed, and that the border guard has been reinforced and equipped with advanced weapons. During his meeting with members of the Russian Security Council, he stated: "All attempts to breach our borders by sabotage and terrorist groups of the enemy units and foreign mercenaries, as well as the scum they actively use, have failed."
Putin praised the achievements in strengthening the country's borders, especially those adjacent to the area of the special military operation. He thanked the personnel of the Federal Security Service for their high alertness and courage, saying: "They have provided security in difficult situations and worked to cover the country's borders, achieving new results in combating terrorism and extremism. I would like to thank the personnel of the Federal Security Service for their professionalism and bravery, and for what they have done for our homeland during this difficult period."
Putin urged the Federal Security Service to continue pursuing traitors and exacting revenge on them one by one, without dropping sanctions against them over time.
