The head of the Lebanese Forces party, MP Samy Gemayel, received MP Ashraf Rifi in his office in Bikfaya, in the presence of MP Elias Hankash. They discussed the latest developments in Lebanon and the region. In a statement, MP Rifi noted that "the meeting aimed to devise a plan for what the Lebanese sovereign forces, both Christians and Muslims, can do to face the current and future phase," indicating that "the idea of holding a comprehensive meeting in the city of Tripoli for all sovereign forces to discuss the next steps was addressed."
