France, Germany, and Britain welcomed on Wednesday a decision adopted by the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) urging Iran to enhance cooperation. The three European countries stated in a joint statement sent by the French Foreign Ministry to journalists: "We hope that Iran will seize this opportunity to resolve these outstanding issues so that there is no need for further action from the Board." They added: "Iran must cooperate with the Agency and provide credible technical explanations." The Board of Governors consists of 35 member countries.
