The Kremlin criticized U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen's comments on Wednesday, in which she indicated that Washington would not tolerate an increase in China's exports of "dual-use" goods to Russia and that it would respond with sanctions, describing this as "blackmail." Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that Washington's approach is completely unacceptable and that Moscow stands in solidarity with Beijing. Peskov told reporters, "We understand well that our Chinese friends do not accept this tone, nor do they accept these messages, threats, and blackmail."
