The Ministry of National Defense - Army Leadership announced today, Saturday, the need for the recruitment of officer cadets for the benefit of: "the army (land, air, sea forces), the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces (land forces), the General Directorate of General Security, the General Directorate of State Security, and the General Directorate of Customs," through a competitive examination among military personnel (both males and females) and civilians (males only), who hold a university degree or its equivalent officially in all fields, and those who have obtained a high school diploma or its officially equivalent (for military personnel only).
It added, "or those who hold a high school diploma or its officially equivalent with a proof of enrollment certificate for the year 2014 for the high school diploma, in all fields and with an average score of 20/12 or above, according to an officially certified statement from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (excluding completion certificates for the third secondary grade in the academic year 2019-2020)."
