Title: Minister of Tourism Denies Existence of Hezbollah Trenches in Jbeil

Minister of Tourism in the caretaker government, Walid Nassar, indicated that "the tourism sector brings hope to the Lebanese and expatriates, and we are in the midst of a war, which will certainly affect tourism." He expressed hope that "the Gaza war will not reflect on Lebanon, but we have grown accustomed to Israel, which always finds justifications to attack us." In an interview with LBCI, he revealed that "I received information about trenches and bunkers used by Hezbollah containing weapons in the areas of Jannah and Mar Sarkis in the southern Jbeil region; however, it turned out that this information is not true." He emphasized that "the slogan of the unity of arenas should be considered wisely, and there is pressure on Israel to cease the war in Gaza, and we hope for a truce soon."
