Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi affirmed that Israel's assassination of Revolutionary Guard advisor in Syria, Reza Mousavi, is "a sign of its frustration and impotence, and it will certainly pay the price for this crime." The Iranian Revolutionary Guard commented today, Monday, on Israel's assassination of one of its oldest advisors in Syria, Reza Mousavi, stating: “The Zionist entity will pay the price for the crime of assassinating one of our senior military advisors in Syria.” Earlier today, the Iranian news agency Tasnim reported that a senior officer in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard was killed in an Israeli airstrike on the Syrian capital, Damascus.
