Israeli Forces Advance into Gaza City, Attacks Target Several Locations in the Strip

Violent clashes and sniper activity renewed today, Saturday, in various areas of the Gaza Strip, resulting in several fatalities and injuries due to Israeli strikes on a house in Al-Nuseirat Camp in central Gaza. Seven people were killed in an Israeli bombardment targeting a house in the Habboub area in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza, with many still trapped under the rubble of the targeted home. Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, which was repeatedly bombed by Israeli forces yesterday, is now plunged into darkness following a complete power outage. Additionally, the Palestinian Red Crescent reported that "Israeli snipers are targeting Al-Quds Hospital," mentioning "direct gunfire at those present in the building," resulting in one death and 28 injuries, including two critical cases. It was also confirmed that "Israeli forces are firing at the intensive care unit in Al-Quds Hospital." Meanwhile, the director of Al-Shifa Hospital complex, Mohammed Abu Salmiya, stated that yesterday, Friday, was "a day of targeting hospitals." The Israeli army threatened to kill Hamas members if they were seen shooting from hospitals, reiterating accusations that the group "operates" from medical centers, which Hamas has previously denied. Meanwhile, sirens sounded in the surrounding settlements, especially in Kissufim, following reports of the Palestinian resistance launching a barrage of rockets from the strip.
