Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah joined the Egyptian national team camp today, Saturday, as they prepare to continue their journey in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. This will be Salah's first camp under the management of Hossam Hassan, after previous reports indicated there were disagreements between the two. According to the Egyptian Football Association, the squad for the "Pharaohs" is complete with Salah being the last to join, along with Mohamed Sherif. The Egyptian national team is getting ready to face Burkina Faso and Guinea-Bissau in the third and fourth rounds of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
