Six Goals in a Thrilling Draw Between Real Madrid and City in the Champions League

Real Madrid and Manchester City traded leads before finishing in a 3-3 draw in a thrilling first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium on Tuesday. Bernardo Silva opened the scoring for City with a cunning free kick, but the home side responded with two goals in two minutes; a shot from Eduardo Camavinga deflected off defender Ruben Dias, resulting in an own goal in the 12th minute, and Rodrygo made it 2-1 on a counter-attack.

Madrid missed several chances in the second half, allowing Phil Foden to equalize with a powerful shot from the edge of the box in the 66th minute, followed by his teammate Josko Gvardiol scoring in a similar manner just five minutes later. However, Federico Valverde denied his team a loss with a strong shot from inside the box after a cross from Vinicius Junior. The return match will be held at the home of the defending champions, City, on April 17.
