Sheikh Nabil Qawooq, a member of the Central Council of "Hezbollah," emphasized during the commemorative ceremony held by the party for its martyr Salman Muhammad Hassan Faqih on the road to Jerusalem at the Husseiniya of the southern town of Deir Kifah, in the presence of several scholars, officials, and families of martyrs, as well as a crowd of citizens, that "Hezbollah's stance regarding the current mediations and negotiations is aligned with that of Ansar Allah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and the resistance in Iraq, which is centered on stopping the Israeli aggression on Gaza first."
He pointed out that "the Israeli enemy threatens Lebanon every day, but the resistance does not fear its threats; it is defeated and groaning from severe and bleeding wounds, and the resistance is prepared for all possibilities beyond all calculations, and the south will only be a battlefield for their defeats."
He stressed that "a strong Lebanon does not plead for its security from anyone, does not succumb to anyone's threats, and is not humiliated by anyone. It is not Lebanon that seeks mediations and international guarantees, but rather the Israeli enemy that is currently begging the countries of the world and international mediators for guarantees to bring settlers back to the northern settlements because they do not trust their army's ability to protect them, fearing the strength of Hezbollah, and considering that the decision in the south is in the hands of Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah."
He observed that "the Israeli enemy has reached a dead end, has not achieved any of the war's objectives, is incapable of making a decisive move, and will gain nothing from the war except more defeats and a deepening of its losses."
He also noted that "America and Britain declare friendship with Lebanon and the Arabs, while practicing hostility." He regarded the "American and British aggression against Yemen as an aggression against the entire nation and the sovereignty and dignity of the Arab world, and Yemen has the right to defend itself and to take any actions against the American and British presence in the region."
He pointed out that "we have not witnessed any official Arab pressures on America and Israel to stop the aggression on Gaza; instead, there are pressures from some Arab countries on the Palestinian resistance leadership to achieve Israeli and American gains." He considered that "any Arab hand that assists the Israeli entity is a treacherous hand."
