NATO: No Plans to Deploy Troops in Ukraine

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced today, Thursday, that there are no plans for NATO to deploy troops in Ukraine, which has received weapons from several alliance members following the Russian invasion. Stoltenberg stated during a visit to Finland: "There are no plans for NATO to deploy troops in Ukraine," adding that the defense bloc seeks "a long-term financial commitment to ensure that we stand by Ukraine no matter how long it takes."
