Netanyahu Hinders Prisoner Exchange Deal Before It Matured

Israeli newspaper "Yedioth Ahronoth" reported from informed sources that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is trying to obstruct the prisoner exchange deal even before it matures. The sources indicated that "the only offer for the exchange deal now is a comprehensive deal to return all prisoners." They also noted that "if the war council receives an offer for a prisoner exchange, Netanyahu will be among the minority." On the other hand, the sources revealed that an Israeli delegation headed by the Director General of the Ministry of Defense will visit Washington to advance the frozen arms deal, confirming that "the Israeli security delegation will work on concluding additional arms deals that Israel needs."
