Lawsuit Against Madonna for

Page Six reported that "a fan of American singer Madonna has filed a lawsuit against her, accusing her of presenting an 'unannounced explicit show' during The Celebration tour." According to the site, a fan named Justin Libelis attended a concert in Englewood, California, and was upset by the bold performance during the show, prompting him to file a lawsuit against the artist. Libelis stated in his court filing that "by forcing spectators to stand for hours in hot and uncomfortable stadiums and subjecting them to explicit scenes without warning, Madonna displays a rude attitude and disrespect toward her fans." The plaintiff highlighted that "the spectators were forced to watch partially nude women on stage" during the mentioned concert. Libelis also accused Madonna and the concert organizers of turning off the air conditioning during the performance, which made him feel nauseous, and he demanded a refund for his ticket or compensation, noting that he was unhappy because the concert started an hour and a half late.
