In an important and noteworthy step, amidst tough economic conditions and declining interest in sports activities, which are considered one of the key factors for success in schools, the initiative taken by the management of "LYPA," in consultation with the parents' committee, has had a positive impact on its students and visitors. This was achieved by placing a number of basketball hoops in all school playgrounds to facilitate the practice of basketball, alongside various other sports activities offered at the school.
The director of "LYPA," Father Charbel Ghanem, who has a sports background and is devoted to the academic advancement of the school, is keeping pace with sports development as it is a fundamental element in the steps outlined by the administration to ensure the students' intellectual and athletic success. It is worth noting that a major project in the sports field is being prepared for the upcoming phase, which the administration will announce at the appropriate time, and its success is expected to be the talk of the entire region.
