According to the Spanish newspaper "Sport," Flick will sign his contract with Barcelona tomorrow, Monday, after his agent, Pini Zahavi, reached a final agreement with Deco, the club's sporting director, during a meeting in London held last week.
The report indicated that Flick agreed to a two-year contract with Barcelona and will receive a salary lower than what Xavi Hernandez earned at the club. It noted that Flick's contract includes high bonuses from Barcelona in case of winning titles. It also explained that Flick accepted the lower salary with high bonuses because he was very eager to coach Barcelona, in addition to his confidence in the success of the club's project.
