Title: Israeli Airstrikes on Daraa in Response to Rockets Fired at Golan

In response to rockets launched from Syria towards the Golan, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights announced that Israel targeted three sites in western Daraa. It added that Israel fired at least four missiles at locations around Tal Al-Jabia, Tal Al-Jamoua, and Tal Ashtara. The observatory noted that the Israeli strikes were in retaliation for three rockets fired by groups affiliated with Hezbollah from Syrian territory toward the Golan. There have been no reports of casualties thus far. This is not the first incident; since the outbreak of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, Hezbollah has carried out several attacks targeting Israeli military positions in the Syrian Golan with dozens of rockets.
