Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati held a series of meetings and discussions today at the Grand Serail with the new Italian Ambassador to Lebanon, Fabrizio Marchielli, regarding the issue of Syrian refugees in Lebanon and the conference that will be held in Brussels on this matter, in addition to the measures that Lebanon will take on this issue.
