The "Brosaim-Al-Najah" delegation has returned from the Qatari capital, Doha, after participating in the H2O International Championship, alongside many Arab and foreign swimmers. The team consisted of 8 swimmers and was accompanied by national coach Mohammad Saqr, along with several family members of the swimmers, who excelled as usual, achieving 61 colored medals across various races, along with two Lebanese records.
Pierre Chalet achieved a new record in the 100m butterfly with a time of 1:03.28, breaking the previous record of 1:04.41 set by swimmer Ahmad Safia. Meanwhile, Tia Abed recorded 33.80 seconds in the 50m breaststroke, shattering her own record of 34.75 seconds.
The Qatari championship is not unfamiliar to the "Brosaim-Al-Najah" swimmers, as they have delivered outstanding results in previous participations. Thus, the swimmers of "Brosaim-Al-Najah" continued their hobby of breaking Lebanese records, having previously set 8 records in Doha last October, in addition to 3 records in the same month in the Emirati capital, Abu Dhabi.
While congratulating his swimmers on their achievements in the recent international Qatari championship and other foreign participations, the head of the "Brosaim" Academy, coach Saqr, thanked the swimmers' families for supporting their children during both local and international events.
