German Chancellor Olaf Scholz sent a video message to Russian President Vladimir Putin urging him to acknowledge that Ukraine "will not kneel." In the video message published on the platform "X," Scholz stated: "Ukraine is strong and will not bend, nor will it have to surrender, and Putin must ultimately recognize this." He pointed out that "just peace is the only way for Ukraine. We are working tirelessly for this just world."
