Film "Zahia" by Adel Imam Will Be Released on This Date in Saudi Arabia

The advisor Turki Al Sheikh, Chairman of the General Authority for Entertainment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, announced the screening of the film "Zahia" starring Adel Imam in Saudi cinemas on May 16th, in celebration of his birthday. Al Sheikh shared the poster of the film on his Facebook account, commenting: "The film 'Zahia' for the leader Adel Imam in Saudi cinemas on the occasion of his birthday starting from May 16." The renowned star Adel Imam celebrates his 84th birthday on May 17th; he was born in 1940 and is considered one of the most prominent and influential giants of Egyptian cinema. He was born in the village of Shaha in the Mansoura district of Dakahlia Governorate. "Imam" moved to the Sayyida Zainab neighborhood in Cairo at a young age, where his father worked as an employee in a government factory. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Cairo University and is married with three children: director Rami Imam, who graduated from the American University, artist Mohamed Imam, and his only daughter, Sara.
