A patrol from the Beirut regional directorate - Beirut Third Office, apprehended a motorcycle thief who extorts their owners to return the bikes in exchange for monetary sums. He confessed to selling many of them in Palestinian camps and trading the proceeds for drugs. Legal action has been taken against him based on the judiciary's directive.
