The "Google News" service has stopped functioning properly today, Friday, with users unable to see any updates when searching for news. A report published by the British newspaper "Independent" stated that the world's largest search engine continues to operate as usual in its general search services. Additionally, it seems that other services available on the "Google" site were not affected, but when users clicked on the "news" tab that provides news updates on a particular topic or term, no results appeared, according to the report. Furthermore, the dedicated news page from "Google" showed no results or updates. Instead, visitors saw the message: "Something went wrong. Please try again."
