The agreement includes financial contributions and assistance to restore degraded agricultural lands to prevent deforestation and promote sustainable agriculture. The Japanese Prime Minister, during a press conference with the Brazilian President after the talks, indicated that "his country will contribute to achieving carbon neutrality in the world," while Lula da Silva called for increased investment in clean energy companies, emphasizing that climate change is a highly serious issue.
