A delegation from the International Dispute Resolution Court visited MP and former minister Walid Jumblatt at his residence in Clemenceau. The delegation included judges: Dani Khairallah, Rashid Abu Joud, Rojie Shartouni, Secretary Dr. Eli Turk, the court's legal advisor Attorney Elia Ibrahim, and Attorney Eli Shartouni. According to a statement released by the court, discussions took place regarding internal matters, including the issue of Syrian refugees and finding a practical solution to address the repercussions of this crisis. The topic of electing a president for the republic was also addressed as a fundamental entry point to resolve the escalating crisis in the country, in addition to other matters such as the electoral law and administrative decentralization or federalism.
