In a video from the behind-the-scenes of the photoshoot shared on her Instagram account, Wafa appeared with distinct facial features and long hair. She wore a long black dress with a side slit that revealed her leg and an open back, adorned with a large white flower at the waist.
Stylist Khalil Zain, hairstylist Hassan Burji, and makeup artist Dani Kamel were responsible for Wafa's appearance in the photoshoot. It is noteworthy that Wafa's last appearance was with her husband, Syrian artist Tim Hassan, at the Joy Awards ceremony, where she dazzled in a shiny brown gown designed by Jean Louis Sabah.
Wafa Khelani and Tim Hassan got married in May 2017, and there have often been rumors regarding their separation; however, they repeatedly deny these claims. Tim Hassan addressed the rumors about conflicts between them in an interview with "Sabah Al-Khayr Ya Arab," stating, "We are together; we don’t pay attention to these things, nor does Wafa." He added, "Thank God, may Allah keep her for me and keep all your loved ones for you."
