The National Council of the "National Free Movement" held a meeting dedicated to making amendments to the internal regulations of the movement, according to the amendment process. A vote was conducted, and according to a statement, the amendments were approved by "the unanimous agreement of those present who surpassed two-thirds of the council's votes." The main amendments include: 1- Additions to the movement's objectives. 2- The minimum required attendance for meetings in the political council, political body, and district councils. 3- Obligations for members to commit to the movement's policies and decisions for those holding official positions. 4- Additional roles and powers for secretaries in the district councils. 5- Modification of the internal election process within the movement and the rights and responsibilities of members and the president in this area. 6- Adoption of the name 'Central Women's Committee'. 7- Establishment of the Higher Council for Education and its tasks. 8- Consideration of an additional situation of vacancy in the presidency of the movement. 9- Defining youth as those aged thirty and below, and the mandatory presence of a youth member in any body or committee formed within the movement. The total points from participants reached 653, surpassing the required quorum for voting, which is two-thirds of the total votes amounting to 551 points. Political and organizational matters were also discussed during the meeting.
