Houthi-affiliated official media reported that "American-British airstrikes targeted Al Hudaydah International Airport in western Yemen with five strikes." The Houthi group did not provide further details regarding the outcomes of these airstrikes, and there has been no comment from either the US or British side. Since the beginning of this year, a coalition led by Washington has been conducting airstrikes that it claims are targeting Houthi positions in various areas of Yemen in response to their attacks on commercial shipping and international navigation in the Red Sea.
