Sisi to Mothers of Egypt: "Don't Put Too Much Sugar on Kunafa"

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi joked with women during his speech at the celebration of Egyptian Women's Day and Ideal Mother 2024. He said, "Don't put too much sugar on kunafa and those things... Dr. Mustafa Madbouly is going to bring a million tons of sugar... for the crisis... we will bring a million tons of sugar... you are the ones who are managing households, and may God help you." It is worth noting that President Sisi and his wife, Intisar Sisi, attended the celebration of Egyptian Women's Day at the Al-Manara Center to appreciate the role of Egyptian women and to affirm respect for Egyptian women who strive in all fields of life.
