The Israeli army confirmed today, Saturday, that its forces "killed 10 Palestinian militants during ongoing clashes surrounding the Nour Shams refugee camp in Tulkarm, northern West Bank." The army stated in a report that the forces killed "10 individuals, described as 'terrorists'" during the clashes, which have been ongoing for more than 40 hours.
Additionally, the statement mentioned: "Israeli soldiers and the Shin Bet discovered explosives and confiscated numerous weapons including pistols, M16-type rifles, and other combat equipment, as well as a bomb-making laboratory used for terrorist activities, which was destroyed."
The report also noted: "Since the beginning of the operation, 9 Israeli soldiers have sustained light to moderate injuries and have been evacuated for medical treatment at the hospital, with their families being notified." It continued: "The detainees along with the confiscated weapons have been transferred to the security forces for treatment."
